HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW:
1. LOOK FOR OUR E-MAIL:
We will send email from [email protected] & [email protected] - Whitelist or add to your email contacts so it does not endup in spam/junk folders.
2. YOU MUST USE SAME DEVICE & BROWSER:
You have to register & watch webinar from same Device (laptop/computer/smartphone) and same browser (Chrome recommended). Othwerwise you will see the message as "webinar expired" or "you are late".
3. YOU MUST HAVE GOOD INTERNET SPEED:
You need a good internet connection (download speed) to watch the webinar video without any interruption.
4. IF VIDEO PAUSE/STUCK DURING WEBINAR:
If your webinar video is pausing or not flowing normally, you may need to refresh the browser. This normally happens because of poor internet speed.
5. YOU MUST DISABLE AD BLOCKERS:
Our Webinar Software does not play nice with Ad Blockers and your webinar will show up blank if you do not disable them when trying to view the webinar. If the webinar still does not work and you are on Chrome, try Firefox or Safari and it will work.
6. BLOCK OUT 90 MINUTES:
Make sure that you block out a full 90minutes or 1.5 hours for the webinar in your calendar. It's a good idea to put a sticky note on your computer or enter your phone number to get a SMS reminder.
7. SHOW UP EARLY:
There will be no recordings so make sure that you attend live and show up at least 5-minutes early. The software we use has an attendee limit and with thousands of people, we'll fill up fast.
8. USE A LAPTOP / DESKTOP COMPUTER
Make sure that you attend the webinar using your LAPTOP or DESKTOP computer. The webinar system we use doesn't behave well with mobile so using a computer will dramatically improve your experience and allow you to learn more.
If you don't have a laptop/computer then you can watch from a smartphone with good internet speed.
